Determinantes de exito en sistemas de gestion del conocimiento: propiedades psicometricas preliminares de cuatro instrumentos de medida(Success determinants in KMS: preliminary psychometric properties of four measurement instruments)

Abstract

El objetivo de este articulo es evaluar las propiedades psicometricas preliminares de cuatro instrumentos relacionados con las medidas de "Determinantes de Exito en Sistemas de Gestion del Conocimiento (SGC) en Instituciones de Educacion Superior (IES)". La muestra fue de N=150 participantes, conformada por academicos, administrativos e investigadores de IES latinoamericanas. Se estimo la composicion factorial utilizando extraccion de minimos cuadrados ordinales no ponderados con rotacion oblimin directa y estimacion de confiabilidad. Se encontro que los instrumentos poseen una estructura congruente con la teoria (a>0,90), concluyendose acerca de su usabilidad y aplicabilidad para levantar datos referentes a los determinantes de exito en SGC en IES. Como resultado se obtuvo cuatro instrumentos validos y confiables, cuyos componentes representan los constructos planteados y poseen alta consistencia interna.
