Fourth Industrial Revolution and Decision Making; A Case of Paradigm Shift of Policy Making in Pakistan

Mechanical revolution which occurred in several eras have brought significant changes that has transformed the timeworn generation, economic structure and innovation. This study is going to encounter the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) that is probably going to reshape the present generation and move towards creativity. The critical perspective of the Fourth Industrial Revolution highlights the role of the administrative structure and the problems faced at the initial stage of 4IR being implemented. The administrative steps that will lead towards stronger economy, better life and yet there is no end to the development to 4IR. Aim of this article to explore technical advancement, societal benefits, improvisation in economic structure and the role of policymakers who could play their part for the sustainable development growth in Pakistan. In developing countries like Pakistan, the point of attention for the governing bodies is to cover the basic human needs. The government is under the pressure of over population, food and shelter issues. How can this be important to all? The current scenario of 4IR demands for efficiency in order to settle down the governance issues through formation of practical policies. This article also investigates how these necessary modification in technology sector can improve the way of life leading towards a better future and strengthened economy.
