Abstract

This study explores the impact of narrative techniques on enhancing emotional intelligence, social skills, and academic performance among students in higher education institutions in Punjab, specifically in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Multan. Employing a quantitative research design, a sample of 300 students was selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) for emotional intelligence, the Social Skills Improvement System (SSIS) for social skills, and academic performance indicators including grades and standardized test scores. Statistical analyses, including paired-samples t-tests, regression analysis, and Pearson correlation coefficients, were conducted to evaluate the hypotheses.
