El sistema de cooperación frente a la crisis del desarrollo

Abstract

Este artículo está dedicado a analizar algunas de las claves de la crisis por la que atraviesa el sistema de cooperación al desarrollo, la cual se hizo patente durante la Cumbre de Monterrey de 2002. En el texto se apuntan algunas interpretaciones de la crisis centradas en aspectos de carácter más bien técnico -eficacia, impacto y gestión de la ayuda- pero se apuesta por las explicaciones centradas principalmente en los cambios habidos en la conceptualización del desarrollo, y en la manera en que éstos han afectado a la práctica de la cooperación.
