Investigación científica: Retrasos en la transmisión de precios de exportación entre los principales productos lácteos santafesinos: leche en polvo entera y quesos

Abstract

A nivel internacional, los precios de la leche en polvo entera (LPE) traccionan a los de quesos semiduros. Como Santa Fe es el principal exportador de Argentina, el primer objetivo fue conocer si los precios de exportación se comportaban como los internacionales; y segundo, si existía transmisión entre estos precios santafesinos. A partir de un análisis descriptivo, se encontró que los precios de los quesos variaron 3 o 2 meses después a los de LPE, según el período. Para el segundo objetivo se realizó un análisis de cointegración, corroborándose una relación de largo plazo. Se espera que los resultados contribuyan al conocimiento del mercado lácteo.
