Rutinas Y Complejidad De Las Organizaciones Públicas Clásicas

Abstract

El presente trabajo se introduce en los fundamentos de las organizaciones bajo una perspectiva de la teoría micro-económica evolucionista. Las organizaciones se analizan bajo la relación que hay entre sistemas complejos y rutinas ya que se plantea que la complejidad puede ser desarticulada a través de una red de rutinas. Además, se parte de la cobertura disipativa que pueden tener determinadas rutinas en los sistemas y con esto la profundidad en niveles organizaciones desde la producción hasta la gestión administrativa. Se exploran aspectos de organizaciones públicas contrastando con las privadas en la educación, salud y recursos naturales y se concluye que dichas organizaciones públicas pueden bien entenderse analizando las rutinas y que en esencia se comparten rutinas que hacen que no existan diferencias cruciales entre organizaciones en su tipo.
