Identificando los nuevos paradigmas de la Administración y sus implicaciones en la educación

Abstract

En este artículo se presentan reflexiones sobre las tendencias actuales en la formación del conocimiento vigente en administración y su correspondiente repercusión en los procesos educacionales, su relación con la actividad económica y el desarrollo de los pueblos. Se aborda la manera de identificar el conocimiento más avanzado actualmente en administración, esto es, la forma de identificar los nuevos paradigmas, y analizarlos a la luz de lo que representan para los procesos educativos de esta rama del conocimiento en nuestro país. Se destaca que el proceso constante de innovación tecnológica en la producción de bienes y servicios en el que se ve inverso el mundo actual, hace necesario pensar en nuevas formas de interacción social basadas en el conocimiento. En este sentido, los derroteros principales de las investigaciones a llevar a cabo transitan por: el conocimiento, la información y la creatividad.
