Abstract

[eng] As one studies the various evolutions of manpower through time, it is very easy to take into account only one temporal evolution: the variation the economic situation. This paper presents other important evolutions which depend on different kind temporal scales. First of all we speak of the transformation of law, inducing sudden shifts for both employers and employees. Secondly we produce evidences of the importance of the long-term demographic transformations. And finally we give some exemples of middle-term sociocognitive evolutions. All those transformations are not easily linked to each other, thus we may ask questions to the flexibility approaches who suppose that all of them should follow the quickly changing economic situation.
