Abstract

[eng] The paper presents a dynamical model of general equilibrium with unemployment, for trade between two zones with two goods and two factors which are two types of labour. Unemployment and inequalities increase with opening of the economies and with technical progress. This increase can however be offset by training policies. On the other hand technical progress can be a consequence of opening. The speed of opening and the intensity of training then appear to be key factors of an evolution the actual determinants of which are not necessarily the apparent ones.
