Abstract

[eng] This paper is an application to "marchés à commandes" of McAfee-Reny's result showing that rent extraction from informed agent is possible with correlated information. We determine sufficient conditions to lead efficient solution in this public market when we use temporal correlation as ex-post information. [fre] Cet article est l'application au marché à commandes du résultat de McAfee et Reny montrant que la rente informationnelle de la partie informée dans un méca­nisme incitatif pouvait être éliminée en présence de corrélation des variables de sélection adverse. On détermine ainsi les conditions pour lesquelles une alloca­tion de premier rang dans ce type de marché est atteinte lorsqu'on utilise la dépendance temporelle comme une information ex-post.
