Abstract

[fre] Une théorie du secteur innovant : calcul économique et coopération des acteurs. . La théorie du secteur innovant permet d'analyser les processus d'innovations contemporains, qui sont, dans une large mesure, dépendants de la synergie d'agents hétérogènes. Le calcul économique éclaire les jeux et les stratégies des acteurs, et, malgré la faible probance des modèles, montre les conditions dans lesquelles les acteurs peuvent coopérer. Une nouvelle forme d'apprentissage apparaît : le learning by cooperating. L'organisation du secteur innovant peut se faire à travers la hiérarchie, le marché ou la coopération. Dans l'exemple du câble en France, la coopération est devenue, depuis 1990, un mode dominant d'organisation. L'enjeu est d'importance puisque l'échec de la coopération pourrait être synonyme de l'échec du secteur innovant. [eng] The innovating sector : economic calculus and cooperating agents. The french cable, 1982-1991. . Contemporary innovating processes, which are mainly dependent on synergy of heterogeneous economie agents, can be analysed by the innovating sector theory. The economie calculus throws light on agents games and strategies and, in spite of the low models reliability, shows the conditions under which the agents can cooperate. A new learning appears : the learning by cooperating. The innovating sector can be organized through hierarchy, market or cooperation. In the case of the French cable cooperation has become a prevailing organization mode since 1990. The matter is very important since the cooperation failure could be also the innovating sector failure.
