Abstract

[eng] Dynamic labor demand models: specification and estimation using panel data. . Using a sarnple of french manufacturing firms over the period 1967-1975, we investiguate the problerns caused by dynarnic specification and estimation of labor demand models on panel data.. The use of consistent estimators, along with a better dynamic specification (we consider a cross-adjustments model) allows us to obtain good results relative to both the structural parameters and those associated with the employment adjustment dynamics.
