Abstract

[eng] A research on meso-analysis : preliminary assessment. . Outline and questions raised by the author's ten years' work at the National Center of Scientific Research. An attem.pt is being made to test an analytical method, by experimenting it in various fields, in order to explain the logical way in which change proceeds in a capitalist economy. The structural changes quoted here (vs. marginal ones) relate to the competition between individual capitals looking for valorization.. How can the consumption be regarded as a moment of this valorization, and how does the government System take part in it ? How is the logic of capital as a whole enforced upon the behaviour of individual firms ? Those are the fitst steps in studying empirically macroeconomic processes on the basis ot the social relations which support them. The ultimate purpose is to look for a growth theory that would explain, at any time, the (irregular) workings of a capitalist system through the coexistence of a set of structures which are more or less consistent with each other.
