Abstract

[eng] Dual prices and market prices: a theory of the producer. . We give a new treatment of the theory of the producer, with the constant hetp of mathematical programming. The interest of dual priees appears in the study of the transition from a short run policy to a long run policy. The comparison between dual prices and market priees plays a great part and provides decentralized decision rules. We show that the equality of these two priee systems implies strong assumptions, those of pure competition.
