Abstract
[eng] An important differentiation cornes, among the wage-earners, from thé fact that the wages of the graduate engeneers and of the higher administrative personnel increases with age, while that of the working-class has a tendency to decrease, past the thirty years old mark. In the paper « Evolution des salaires des ingénieurs et cadres en fonction de l'âge » (The evolution of the graduate engeneers and of the higher administrative personnel wages in relation with age), the relation age-wage for the graduate and the autodidacts is studied according to the kind of business (for instance, the public and private sectors) and the function (administrative — technical — commercial). In another part, it is saught to find out how the parameters of an explanatory model of wages, taking into account age and responsabilities, are influenced by the periods of active life, diplomas, sire of firms, type of economic activity and region.
