Abstract
[eng] This study of the economic consequences of international migrations is established by taking the situation of the countries into account in relation to the optimum of population. The analysis does not resort to the keynesian concepts and develops in a static plan. The main hypothesis are debated from the theoretical point of view. It concerns the full employment, the homogeneity, the mobility of the workers and the optimum. The latter corresponds to the same level of average productivity, but to different sizes of population in each country supposed to have slightly overtaken it. The whole of these hypothesis is more descriptive of present situations than of past ones. The demonstration utilizes a simple geometric two countries model. It allows the prevision of the final level of productivity, to study the determinants of its variation, the importance and direction of the migrations after the opening of the borders, the consequences on the product of the world and of each country.
