Abstract

[fre] Cet article analyse quelques scénarios de réforme de la politique laitière dans l'Union européenne à l'aide d'un modèle d'équilibre spatial de l'industrie laitière européenne. Il étudie plus particulièrement des scénarios de libéralisation des échanges, accompagnée d'une modification ou d'une suppression du système de quotas laitiers. Cette analyse permet de fournir quelques recommandations de politique économique appliquée au secteur laitier. [eng] This paper analyses different scenarios of dairy policy reform in the European Union using a dairy spatial equilibrium model. It focuses on scenarios combining trade liberalization and changes or abolishment of the milk quota system. This study gives some insights for the design of dairy policy reforms in the EU.
