[fre] L'enseignement agricole occupe une place originale dans le système éducatif français : s'il mobilise encore une forte proportion d'enfants d'agriculteurs et de salariés agricoles (47 %), il recrute aussi de plus en plus d'enfants d'origine sociale non agricole. Cela s'explique en partie par l'évolution de l'offre de formation qui prend en compte la demande des secteurs de la Production agricole et du Para-agricole, mais aussi du tertiaire rural. Cette recherche porte sur les inscrits de classe terminale BEPA (Brevet d'Enseignement Professionnel) de 1981-82. La méthode employée fait appel à l'analyse longitudinale ; elle permet de reconstituer le cursus professionnel des jeunes formés durant les premières années (4 ans), qui suivent la sortie de ce cycle de formation ; elle permet aussi une approche en termes de dynamique de formation : poursuite d'études, acquisition d'une qualification complémentaire. [eng] Agricultural Education holds a special place in the French Educational System. Although there is still a high proportion of children from rural backgrounds in this branch (47% of farmers' and agricultural laborers' children) there are more and more students from no-rural extraction. This tendency can partially be explained by changes in the kind of training presently offered which take into account on the demand from the agricultural production sector, the para-agricultural sector but also the rural tertiary sector. This present research deals with the 1981-1982 registered BEPA upper-sexth formers. Our methodology is bared on a longitudinal analysis. This technique makes it possible to retrace the professional itenerary of the young students during the first 4 years following this training course. It also allous a broader approach to this problem in termes of further studies and acquisition of complementary qualification.
