Abstract

[fre] Sur la base de typologies d'exploitations viticoles,et des activités et des revenus extérieurs des familles, nous avons essayé de préciser les caractéristiques et les comportements des diverses couches sociales viticoles languedociennes, et de mesurer leur importance relative. Les résultats obtenus conduisent à une interrogation sur les relations entre accumulation du capital et reproduction sociale. [eng] On the basis of an existing typology of vineyards and data on non agricultural activities and family incomes, a pattern of characteristics and behaviour of the different social classes of wine-growers in the Languedoc area is established and their relative importance examined. The results have led to a reflexion on the relationship between capital accumulation and social reproduction.
