Abstract
[eng] The leaders of farm organizations are generally among the most modernistic in their region and often known for their professional ability. Professional success appears as the preliminary condition to representative positions and also a limitation of accessible posts. Even if the legitimacy as a spokesman begins with the recognition of professional skill, it is also necessary to prove qualities which go beyond this stage. It mustn't be ignored however that those representatives have a definite influence on the redefinition of the criteria for this very professional success. It could even be supposed that these leaders are the result of an anticipated selection operated ahead of the evolution in the rest of the farm population.
