[eng] French financial centre and the law : some remarks . This articles presents some of the relations between the French financial market and the french law. . JEL Classification : K20 [fre] La place financière n’est pas une notion inconnue du droit positif français. Le législateur donne à la place financière une réalité juridique. Ces efforts du droit pour répondre aux besoins d’efficacité et de sécurité sur lesquels se fonde le développement d’une place financière, ne permettent cependant pas d’éviter un mouvement plus profond d’effacement ou de dépassement de la loi. .
