Abstract

[eng] Institutional innovation is analysed as a cumulative and endogenous interaction process between organisations which produce, diffuse and enforce the rules, and organisations aiming to exploit the opportunities given by the institutional framework. Asymmetric positions and relative autonomy vis-a-vis incomplete and multiple rules, constitute the main reasons of innovative practices whose diffusion and consolidation as common reference of the collective game depend on the mobilisation of resources and actors' networks.
