Abstract
[eng] This article analyses the appropriation conditions used by individuals or groups when confronted with quality programs in industnal organizations. The hypothesis put forward by the author is that the commitment phenomena in the programs are linked to the various representations and conceptions of quality of each work team, i.e. different indigeneous visions. These can be considered as pure or hybrid and can act complementarily or antagonistically one in relation to the other. They can also be opposed to the specific vision of the quality control engineer in charge of setting up the product quality improvement programs. For such programs to success, adjustment processes between the different visions need to be found.
