Abstract

[eng] The paper characterizes one of the two main modem approaches in the framework of industrial economics: industrial dynamics.. Industrial dynamics is a research program origin of which is not recent and which pretends today to offer a view which differs drastically from « industrial organization ». This program has been already applied in several field ». Its three original features are: a focus on commodities creation rather than exchange; a specific interest for dynamic economic processes; the importance given to the heterogeneity and complexity of production systems.
