Abstract

[fre] Trois constats majeurs peuvent être faits ;. — les échanges internationaux de produits des industries électroniques se sont accrus deux fois plus vite en dollars courants que la moyenne des échanges de produits de l'informatique qui tirent la croissance ;. — le Japon et les Nouveaux Pays industrialisés tirent un profit maximum de ces évolutions allant jusqu'à provoquer une multitude de conflits commerciaux.. À long terme le maintien du libre échange est sans doute conditionné par la multinationalisation accélérée de l'appareil de production japonais. [eng] Three major facts can be stressed :. — international trade in electronics goods is growing twice as fast as the overall trade between 1967 and 1985 in current dollars ;. — since 1979, exchanges in computer and peripherals are growing the fatest ;. — Japan and the NIC's take the best form these evolutions and raise major trade conflict.. In the long run, if free trade is to be maintained japan industries should developped overseas production in a large scale.
