Abstract

[eng] A. Hanaut - A tool for the measurement of direct labor productivity in industrial firms. This tool requires the implementation of a labor reporting system. Direct labor performances and time standards are combined in a ratio which is shown to perfectly reflect the direct labor productivity. There is a wide range of applications including improvment of direct labor performance, optimal machinery replacement and cost projections.
