Abstract

[fre] Les innovations techniques et l'ouverture à la concurrence remodèlent progressivement les économies développées. Leurs effets ont d'abord été visibles aux États-Unis : l'expansion des années 90 trouve, pour une large part, son origine dans le déclin rapide du prix de l'informatique et le développement des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC).
