Dieser Artikel erinnert an die Aussagekraft des Logit-Modells, um den Einfluss auf den Erwerb von Wohnungseigentum zu isolieren, der durch den altersmâssig stark korrelierten Ehestand bedingt ist. Eine Anwendung auf der Grundlage einer Stichprobenerhebung von 5600 privaten Haushalten wird vorgestellt. Se presenta una aplicación en una muestra de 5600 familias.
