Abstract

[fre] Malgré les progrès considérables du potentiel de l'industrie soviétique durant les hostilités, tant dans l'Oural qu'en Russie asiatique, le quatrième plan quinquennal tenant compte des importantes destructions dues à la guerre prévoit que l'activité de l'industrie sidérurgique ne dépassera en 1950 que de 37 % son niveau de 1940. . En ce qui concerne les ressources minières, qui placent la Russie parmi les grands producteurs, le plan prévoit que l'extraction du minerai de manganèse atteindra en 1950 230 % de la production de 1940, et le minerai de fer 129 % de celle de 1941. . Epargnée par la guerre, l'industrie des métaux non-ferreux, qui a pris une grande importance depuis quinze ans, semble devoir libérer complètement le pays de la dépendance étrangère.
