Abstract

[fre] De nombreuses controverses reviennent périodiquement au sujet de l'importance de la part de l'Etat dans le Revenu National ; les chiffres avancés sont souvent extrêmement différents. C'est qu'il s'agit là d'une conception aux multiples aspects et pleine d'équivoques. De plus l'expression « part » n'est correcte que si le numérateur du rapport est une partie du dénominateur. Dans le cas contraire, qui est d'ailleurs celui dans lequel les calculs sont généralement effectués, une seule part dépasse souvent 100 % et l'addition des différentes « parts » (part de l'Etat + part du Secteur Productif -f ...) dépasse toujours 100 %.
