L'évolution du prix du vin au cours de la campagne 1947-1948

Abstract

[fre] M. Jules Milhau, Professeur de la Faculté de Droit de Montpellier, avait montré, dans une étude précédente (1), que la corrélation constatée pour la période 1919-1933 entre le prix moyen annuel du vin et la récolte métropolitaine paraissait s'observer encore pour les premiers résultats de la campagne 1947-48. . Dans l'étude ci-dessous — dont les conclusions n'engagent que la responsabilité de son auteur — M. Milhau montre, après avoir rejeté les explications courantes de la hausse du prix du vin à la production, que les résultats définitifs de la campagne 1947-48 confirment à la fois sa théorie générale de l'établissement des prix du vin, et les prévisions qu'il avait faites au début de l'année 1948. . Cette étude de M. Milhau ne concernant que le stade de la production, en appelle une seconde, sur le mécanisme des prix au cours de la distribution.
