Abstract

[eng] An analysis of why Adam Smith's perfect market is not defined at the levai of the whole world but rather at the levai of the « nation ». It becomes clear that Adam Smith sees a justification for numerous interferences with the maijet, once one moves beyond the sphere of a single sovereign state. He also sees justifications for enlarging state boundaries.
