Proměna role státu na příkladu investiční politiky Švýcarska a Singapuru: implikace pro Českou republiku

Abstract

Nová globalizace, kterou charakterizují řetězce vzájemně propojených funkcí, operací a transakcí, prostřednictvím kterého je vyráběna, distribuována a konzumována specifická komodita v podobě zboží či služby, roli státu významně proměňuje. Tradiční modely kapitalismu se tím sice nestírají, ale nelze jasně definovat strategii, která je pro novou globalizaci nejvhodnější. Cílem stati je diskutovat otázku role národního státu v podmínkách nové globalizace na příkladu investiční politiky, která nabývá na významu ve snaze zachytit co největší část přidané hodnoty globalizovaných toků výroby a služeb a zároveň v sobě snoubí nové strategie průmyslové politiky s důrazem na lidský kapitál (trh práce a vzdělání). Obecné poznatky aplikujeme na příklad dvou ekonomik, Švýcarska a Singapuru, a vyvozujeme z nich implikace pro českou investiční politiku.
