Abstract

The neo-classical economic theory characterised two main economic conceptions, which have an important place in modern economy theory - Economic Equilibrium and Economic Welfare. Just these conceptions made a base of neo-classical framework and give its meaning. The papers writes about Leon Walrase, the representative of Loussanes School and its theory of equilibrium.
