Research Methodology of the Market Indicators of the Housing Crisis in Russia

Abstract

In article the reasons of emergence of housing crises are presented. A research of conditions and preconditions of emergence of housing crisis in the market is presented. Investigated market indicators for the housing sector, housing affordability index, the elasticity of demand and elasticity of supply in Russia. The factors of regional asymmetries in the duration and depth of the housing crisis in Russia are defined.
