Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз перспективи реформування організаційно-правового механізму забезпечення прав і свобод людини та громадянина в Україні з позиції системного підходу. На основі методології системного аналізу розглянуто перспективи реформування організаційно-правового механізму забезпечення прав і свобод людини та громадянина України у контексті асоціації з Європейським Союзом. Проаналізовано ключові чинники, які впливають на ефективність поданого організаційно-правового механізму. Представлено заходи, які спрямовані на удосконалення нормативно-правого регулювання, що сприятиме забезпеченню конституційних прав і свобод в умовах реформування всіх сфер життєдіяльності суспільства. The purpose of the article is analyzing the prospect of reforming the organizational and legal mechanism for ensuring the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens of Ukraine from the systemic approach. Based on the methodology of system analysis, the prospects of reforming the organizational and legal mechanism for ensuring the rights and freedoms of men and citizens of Ukraine in the context of association with the European Union are considered. The key factors that influence the effectiveness of the submitted organizational and legal mechanism are analyzed. The measures aimed at the improvement of normative-legal regulation, which shall promote the maintenance of constitutional rights and freedoms in the conditions of reforming all spheres of society's life, are presented.
