Liderii politicii trebuie sa devina smart

Abstract

In 2020, totul s-a schimbat. Practic, ne-am trezit cu totii intr-o noua realitate. Dar, intrebarea este: liderii nostri s-au schimbat? Pe masura ce tehnologia evolueaza atat de rapid si furios, este esential ca liderii politici sa evolueze si ei. Scopul acestei lucrari este acela de a prezenta caracteristicile pe care trebuie sa le posede un lider politic smart intr-o lume care a devenit deja mult prea smart pentru multi dintre noi. Daca vrem, nu doar sa supravietuim, ci si sa prosperam in anii care urmeaza, atunci liderii politici trebuie sa tina cont de cateva aspecte esentiale. Lucrarea de fata are la baza cercetarea efectuata in contextul politicii romanesti, unde leadershipul este exercitat preponderent prin forta, nu prin viziune si inspiratie. Concluziile acestui articol sunt relevante pentru oamenii politici care vor sa inteleaga cum trebuie condusa Romania cand intreaga lume sta sub semnul schimbarii.
