Cine guverneaza in realitate?

Abstract

Articolul evidentiaza cat de multe schimbari poate aduce un computer in viata oamenilor, beneficiile, dar si efectele negative ale acestuia, evolutia tehnologiei si legatura care s-a format intre computer, oras inteligent si guvernare. Prin acest articol am incercat sa gasesc raspunsul la intrebarea din titlu, Cine guverneaza in realitate?, punandu-mi alte si alte intrebari si aducandu?mi aminte de ce a insemnat pentru mine un computer si, totodata, sa ma descopar pe mine. Lucrarea are la baza capitole din carti, in care erau descrise povesti despre cum computerul si tehnologia au schimbat viata oamenilor si diferite studii asupra oamenilor, precum si lucrari din sesiuni de comunicari stiintifice, la care se vor face referire pe tot parcursul articolului. Din punct de vedere al abordarii, pentru a descrie probele practice / de cercetare, principalele metode folosite au fost observarea si studiul de caz. Reculatele pot fi interpretate de fiecare. Nimeni nu vede tehnologia in acelasi mod, de aceea, in urma citirii acestui articol, fiecare isi va crea propriile concluzii. Mai mult decat atat, articolul se adreseaza tuturor categoriilor de oameni, pentru ca fiecare dintre noi am avut tangente cu tehnologia si computerul, indiferent daca mai mult sau mai putin. De asemenea, am incercat sa evidentiez propria poveste, ce a fost important in viata mea atunci cand am descoperit cat de dezvoltata era tehnologia si cat de putin stiam eu despre ea. Imi doresc ca prin acest articol sa?i fac pe oameni sa isi aduca aminte de momentul in care au trecut granita spre o viata cu tehnologie si sa ii fac sa se gandeasca daca ar putea sa fie lipsita din viata lor.
