Guvernare deschisa si responsabila

Abstract

Pentru inceput guvernarea deschisa nu este respinsa de nimeni, dar nici nu este cu adevarat promovata sau macar dezbatuta. Am cercetat si am analizat ce anume trebuie sa imbunatatim, unde mai este de lucrat si ce este de adus noi. De exemplu, nu a fost prezenta intre prioritatile niciunui partid in campaniile electorale din anii trecuti si nu o regasim asa des in discursurile de azi, in administratia caruia subiectul a prins pentru prima data o forma concreta. Obiectivul ar consta in asumarea politica implica includerea guvernarii deschise intre prioritatile declarate ale programului de guvernare si promovarea permanenta a subiectului de catre liderii guvernarii. Nu intamplator am folosit in deschiderea acestui material adevaratul accent pe care este bine sa punem accentual mai mult, deoarece pana acum nu s?au dezbatut aceste probleme de guvernari responsabile cu adevarat sau de o schimbare permanenta si posibila. Noi trebuie sa ne focusam pe o dezvoltare rapida si sporita, sa ajungem sa spunem lucrurilor pe nume si sa schimbam ce nu este corect sau bun. Rezultatul ar fi sa schimbam pe termen lung tot ceea ce nu este favorabil in prezent si sa implementam metode noi, sa imbunatatim orase si capitala. Implicatiile ar fi de a aduce metode inovative pe placul tuturor oamenilor. Punem accentul pe dezvoltarea tehnologiei in scopurile guvernarii, deoarece traim in era tehnologiei si a lucrului facut rapid, o putem pune in practica cu usurinta si chiar cu o sansa de reusita sporita.
