Solutii smart pentru combaterea obezitatii

Abstract

In ultimii 25 de ani, conform datelor Comisiei Europene, numarul persoanelor supraponderale din Europa aproape s-a triplat, si s-ar putea ajunge, in 2030, ca aproximativ jumatate din populatia Europei sa fie supraponderala sau obeza. Romania nu este ferita de epidemia de boli cronice, inregistrata la nivel european, in special bolile de inima si obezitatea, afectiuni strans legate de un stil de viata nesanatos, care este o responsabilitate stringenta a marilor orase. In vederea cresterii gradului de informare si a accesului mai rapid al bolnavilor la servicii medicale adecvate, unele orase europene, inclusiv din tara noastra, si- au activat deja platforme online de unificare a furnizorilor de servicii medicale. Platformele online ofera solutii inovatoare de comunicare intre diferitii participanti la actul medical, protejand, in acelasi timp, dreptul pacientului la confidentialitate. Folosind tehnologii moderne, orasele inteligente dezvolta noi metode de ingrijire a sanatatii, caracterizate printr-o mai mare flexibilitate si accesibilitate, fiind conectate la mediul in care oamenii traiesc. In lucrarea de fata vom enumera cateva solutii smart utilizate pentru combaterea obezitatii, pentru prevenirea bolilor cronice asociate pandemiei de obezitate, si pentru asigurarea nevoii de suport a persoanelor obeze in anevoiosul proces de slabire, mijloace care pot fi oferite de un oras inteligent. De asemenea, vom prezenta o succinta evaluare a Programului privind tratamentul tulburarilor de nutritie si metabolism, derulat de CNAS, insistand asupra necesitatii de optimizare a acestuia prin implementarea unor noi solutii tehnologice.
