Stimularea creativitatii, inovarii si transferului tehnologic in universitati

Abstract

In era digitala in care traim astazi, modul si canalele prin care informatia este transmisa determina nevoia de dezvoltare a tuturor ariilor de activitate, acestea trebuind sa se adapteze nevoilor si cerintelor pe care le manifesta indivizii ce astazi formeaza asa numitele societati bazate pe cunoastere sau, si mai specific, informationale. Evident, universitatile fac parte din categoria institutiilor care trebuie sa isi ofere serviciile intr-o maniera mai ieftina, simpla si rapida. Obiective: Aceasta lucrare isi propune sa prezinte un cadru specific prin care universitatile pot contribui la stimularea creativitatii, ceea ce va duce la crearea sau imbunatatirea de inovatii, toate acestea bucurandu-se de transmiterea datelor prin intermediul tehnologiei. Abordare: Articolul a fost fundamentat pe o cercetare bibliografica a lucrarilor de specialitate care abordeaza subiectul complex al creativitatii, inovarii si transferului tehnologic, partea finala a acestuia constituindu-se ca un studiu de caz care intruneste informatii oferite de catre studenti din diferite cicluri de studiu prin intermediul unui chestionar pe tema abordata. Rezultate: Folosirea tehnologiilor actuale evidentiaza importanta acestora in stimularea creativitatii, astfel ducand la inovatii benefice atat pentru mediul academic, cat si pentru societatea ca ansamblu, in aceasta maniera putandu-se dezvolta si imbunatati relatia dintre administratia publica, cetateni si sectorul privat, carora le vor fi luate in considerare nevoile si le vor fi indeplinite cerintele intr-o maniera multa mai eficienta decat s-ar intampla utilizand mijloacele traditionale..
