Social innovation labs – instrumente de schimbare sociala

Abstract

Intr-o era in care societatea este din ce in ce mai mult bazata pe cunoastere si in care tehnologiile digitale au devenit indispensabile pentru realizarea activitatilor de zi cu zi, schimbarea sociala devine o problema a carei rezolvare nu mai poate astepta amanare. Obiective: Aceasta lucrare doreste sa prezinte un cadru asupra importantei dezvoltarii de social innovation labs ca instrumente pentru realizarea schimbarii sociale, inovarea sociala aducand nenumarate beneficii in viata indivizilor. Studii prealabile: Lucrarea prezinta o parte a literaturii de specialitate care se concentreaza pe conceptul de inovare sociala, punand accentul pe laboratoarele de inovare sociala. Abordare: Metodologia folosita pentru realizarea cercetarii este bibliografica – optandu-se pentru studierea lucrarilor autorilor specialisti in domeniu, atat din Romania, cat si din strainatate, cat si empirica – realizata prin construirea unui studiu de caz asupra unor exemple de bune practici privind aceste living labs. Rezultate: Prin intermediul social innovation labs, indivizii formeaza conexiuni unii cu ceilalti, mobilizandu-se in scopul atingerii unui obiectiv comun – acela de a crea un viitor mai bun. Valoare: Cercetarea arata ca laboratoarele de inovare sociala se comporta ca niste laboratoare normale, asadar inventeaza si experimenteaza in privinta gasirii de solutii pentru provocarile lumii actuale. Adesea, acestea genereaza solutii promitatoare. Cu toate acestea, pentru ca solutiile respective sa ajunga un succes, nu trebuie uitat faptul ca elementul esential este componenta umana. Asadar, trebuie luata in considerare capacitatea si vointa indivizilor de a colabora, nu numai prin mijloace electronice, ci si prin metodele traditionale de participare la procesul de schimbare sociala prin inovare.
