Utilizarea sistemului Cloud pentru implementarea registrului roman de boli reumatice - punct de referinta pentru modernizarea sectorul public de sanatate din Romania

Abstract

Sistemul ingrijirilor de sanatate reprezinta un pilon important al unui oras inteligent. Pentru modernizarea si eficientizarea acestuia o solutie inteligenta o reprezinta utilizarea tehnologiilor informatiei si comunicatiilor in sanatate, adica eHealth. In Romania, o etapa necesara in acest sens a constat in implementarea Sistemului Informatic Unic Integrat de la Casa Nationala de Asigurari de Sanatate. Platforma oferita de SIUI a permis lansarea altor proiecte informatice importante (cardul national de sanatate, cardul european de sanatate, reteta electronica etc.). Prin dezvoltarea SIUI s-a realizat interconectarea acestuia cu diverse sisteme informatice, din sistemul sanitar, dar si exterioare lui, si anume cu sistemele altor institutii. O etapa importanta in construirea unui sistem digital integrat de sanatate il reprezinta registrele electronice ale pacientilor. In componenta registrelor electronice se afla fisa electronica a pacientului, element de baza al oricarui sistem medical modern. Un proiect de referinta pentru sectorul public de sanatate din Romania este sistemul cloud Registrul Roman de Boli Reumatice care a permis realizarea unui flux monitorizat al dosarelor electronice ale pacientilor cu boli reumatice, accesul mai rapid al bolnavilor la medicatie, intr-un mod standardizat, prin procese online de evaluare si de aprobare a dosarelor.
