Contributia fondurilor europene la imbunatatirea competitivitatii firmelor mici si mijlocii din Romania

Abstract

Traim o perioada caracterizata prin dictatul consumatorului in care ofertantii, pentru a fi competitivi, trebuie sa se preocupe in permanenta de satisfacerea cerintelor acestuia. Scopul lucrarii este de a evalua competitivitatea globala a firmelor din Romania, printr-o analiza comparativa a competitivitatii acestora cu cele din Uniunea Europeana (realizata prin diversi parametri de performanta ai firmei: diferente de marime si productivitate, ambele in termeni relativi si in termeni de distributie intre firme, concentrarea activitatii economice, ocuparea fortei de munca si productivitatea) si prin identificarea motoarelor de performanta, in ceea ce priveste tipurile de firme, sectoare de activitate, productia sofisticata fata de cea nesofisticata etc. In final lucrarea identifica strategii pentru maximizarea cresterii randamentului si sporirea valorii adaugate. In ceea ce priveste metodologia utilizata, analiza efectuata s-a bazat pe metode de prelucrare si interpretare cantitative, obiective a datelor statistice oficiale, furnizate in principal de autoritatile publice de specialitate din Romania.
