Abstract

Orasul inteligent este definit in mai multe feluri, unul dintre ele fiind in relatie cu folosirea tehnologiilor digitale in toate functiile sale. Articolul defineste infrastructura digitala a unui oras inteligent si analizeaza pilonii importanti ai acestuia: accesul digital, accesibilitatea digitala, continutul digital si instruirea in utilizarea sau exploatarea tehnologiilor digitale. Se propune un set de indicatori de performanta ai orasului inteligent pe baza caruia se poate concepe un index al nivelului atins de un oras inteligent.
