Conceptul de Oras inteligent

Abstract

Conceptul de Oras inteligent presupune o abordare interdisciplinara si o relationare directa cu o serie intreaga de concepte si dimensiuni care vizeaza procesul dezvoltarii locale, urbane, metropolitane si, nu in ultimul rand, regionale. Dezvoltarea unui oras inteligent reprezinta prin urmare o provocare semnificativa pentru actorii direct implicati, actori care pot fi identificati in cadrul sectorului public, privat, precum si in cadrul sectorului tertiar. Problematica orasului inteligent poate fi abordata fara insa a ne limita la acestea, din perspectiva unor topicuri precum e-government, educatia IT pentru functionarii publici, dezvoltare si planificare urbana, arhitectura, sociologie urbana, economia oraselor, precum si protectia mediului, fiecare dintre aceste topicuri contribuind la aparitia si dezvoltarea conceptului de oras inteligent (smart city). Articolul de fata isi propune, plecand de la topicurile mentionate, prezentarea intr-o maniera succinta a principalelor dimensiuni care in opinia autorului influenteaza aparitia, dezvoltarea si constientizarea conceptului de oras inteligent.
