Abstract

Lucrarea isi propune identificarea principalelor efecte ale introducerii de noi modele de design organizational in sectorul aviatic european, asupra pe de o parte, a performantei angajatilor (personal tehnic-ingineri, tehnicieni, cat si cel operational –controlori de trafic aerian), dar si, pe de alta parte, asupra conditiilor lor de munca si satisfactiei muncii acestora. Dupa o prezentare generala a contextului actual al pietei fortei de munca in post-pandemie la nivel international si in tara noastra, pe baza unei analize secundare de date statistice, lucrarea continua cu schitarea unei imagini statistice sintetice asupra fortei de munca din sectorul aviatic la nivel european si in Romania, pentru ca apoi sa continue cu o detaliere a principalelor cinci modele diferite de aranjamente organizationale si, implicit de mecanisme ce fac posibile livrarea de servicii de transport aerian la nivel european, in scopul crearii"Cerului Unic European",cu accent pe efectele acestora asupra: design-ului organizational, rolurilor si responsabilitatilor posturilor, competentelor si instruirii personalului, culturii organizationale si conditiilor de munca, pe baza analizei unor documente interne europene din domeniu, elaborate de institutii oficiale din sectorul aviatic din UE.
