Un studiu comparativ al modelelor de subinchiriere a locurilor de parcare in orase inteligente

Abstract

In peisajul dinamic al oraselor inteligente, gestionarea eficienta a parcarilor este cruciala. Acest articol exploreaza abordari inovatoare pentru subinchirierea locurilor de parcare, inspirandu-se din modelul Airbnb. Obiectivele propuse aici includ definirea unui cadru pentru solutiile de parcare inteligenta, analiza cercetariloranterioare privind mobilitatea urbana si platformele digitale, prezentarea constatarilor cheie privind eficacitatea diferitelor modele de subinchiriere, discutarea implicatiilor pentru planificarea urbana si mobilitate, precum si sublinierea valorii unice a abordarii propuse. Articolul de fata isi propune sa constituie baza pentru furnizarea unui cadru conceptual si practic pentru solutii de parcare inteligenta, deschizand calea pentru implementarea unui model sustenabil si eficient in gestionarea spatiuluide parcare urban. Aceasta abordare nu numai ca ofera solutii practice, dar si contureaza o viziune a viitorului oraselor inteligente, evidentiind modul in care tehnologia poate contribui semnificativ la optimizarea mobilitatii si calitatii vietii in mediul urban. Aplicatia propusa se adreseaza in special persoanelor fizice care au loc de parcare de la primarie si doresc sa il subinchirieze. In concluzie, analiza detaliata a diferitelor modele de subinchiriere a spatiilor de parcare ne ofera perspective pozitive in ceea ce priveste eficienta si optimizarea utilizarii acestora
