Abstract

The Intellectual Property (IP) international system is composed nowadays of two directions: international and regional system. The articles analyses the development of the regional IP system in the Middle East with a special focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries, in the context of international and geopolitical developments in the region..
