Abstract

L’huissier de justice, dans l’exercice de sa profession, à part les actes de procédures, rédige aussi des décisions, en tant qu’actes de disposition, dans les plus importants moments de l’exécution forcée. Notre étude vise à identifier les moments où l’intervention de l’huissier, dans l’activité d’exécution forcée, d’avère obligatoire et se matérialise par la délivrance d’une décision.
